Our team has added new content to the GDPR-Text.com:
- In the «Guidelines» translations of the guides into Russian – “Guidelines on consent under Regulation 2016/679” and “Guidelines on the territorial scope of the GDPR (Article 3)“
- Louis-Philippe Gratton PhD, LLM wrote a comment to article 28, where he described in detail what a “processor” is according to the GDPR.
